Welcome to Running Down 100 — a journey of discipline, grit, and transformation.

I’m on a mission to run 100 pounds off — not through shortcuts, gimmicks, or quick fixes, but through the simple, powerful act of putting one foot in front of the other.

For most of my life, exercise didn’t mean gyms or treadmills. It meant long days walking 45 holes of golf, pickup games of wiffle ball, shooting hoops with friends, or biking just to explore. Movement was always there, but it never looked like training. Somewhere along the way, life got busier, the pounds added up, and I found myself at 320 lbs — the heaviest I’ve ever been. Out of breath, on medications, and feeling like the best version of me was slipping further away.

But I believe in turning things around.

I believe in setting a goal so bold it pulls you forward — a finish line that demands growth, perseverance, and heart. For me, that goal is running down 100 pounds.

This site is where I share that journey. The training. The setbacks. The small wins that add up. The long runs that test everything. And most importantly, the lessons about what it really takes to change your health, your mindset, and your future.
